DESIGN PROCESS

INITIAL CONSULTATION

In this phase, we meet with the client to understand their requirements, goals, and preferences. Prior to this meeting, we gather as much information as possible to ensure a clear understanding of the project scope through our client design questionnaire.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Based on the information gathered from the initial consultation, our team of expert designers will work on developing a design concept. This concept will be presented to the client for their feedback and input.

DESIGN REVIEW

Once the initial concept is presented, we collaborate with the client to review and refine the design. This involves incorporating the client's feedback and making any necessary adjustments to ensure the designs align with their expectations.

FINALIZATION

Once the design concept has been reviewed and refined, we proceed with finalizing the design and selections. This includes creating detailed plans, selecting materials, and specifying any additional requirements.

DELIVERY

In the final step of our design process, our design team will hand over the approved design plans to our skilled build team for implementation. Our build team will take the lead from here and begin the construction phase of the project. They will carefully review the design plans and prepare a detailed proposal, budget, and build schedule to ensure that the design is executed accurately and effectively.
